AMAZING CAKES, PIES, PASTRIES
They’re all made from scratch – no boxes here.
Some of our recipes have been handed down in our family and others were developed in my kitchen. At Devine, we use only the freshest, high quality local ingredients. Any ingredient that we can’t get locally, we seek out the best source, and bring the highest quality possible to our shop. Our baked goods are the same desserts we have been serving in our home to friends for years. We are excited to share are home-made desserts with you! Come have a taste!

CHECK OUT SOME OF OUR
GELATO & SORBETTO
It’s made with local milk and cream (rBST free),
and any other local ingredients our recipe requires. Working with local farmers, our fruit such as strawberries, peaches, berries and Meyer lemons, are picked at the height of their ripeness. Our goal is to capture the natural flavors and sweetness of each fruit at the height of its season and hand craft them into a delicious treat you won’t soon forget.
Any ingredient that we can’t get locally, we searched the world to obtain in order to bring the highest quality possible to our shop. Our chocolate comes from Italy where a family owned business has been making chocolates for over 60 years. They blend the art of cultivating the intensely flavorful bean with the most advanced processing technologies to create exceptional chocolate, and have been passionately crafting chocolate this way for over six decades. This chocolate is made to craft into incredible gelato and baked goods.
We craft our gelato fresh

Strawberries and Cream Gelato
"You get out what you put in."
"You get out what you put in." That’s a family philosophy we stick to in every aspect of our life and business. It all started with a passion and desire which runs deep in our core to make the best gelato and baked goods possible. We are committed to using the freshest, highest quality, local ingredients that not only enhances the taste, but supports our community.
We are devoted to making all of our products from scratch. Sure, it means more time and effort, but the difference in quality speaks for itself. Whether its gelato, sorbetto, or baked goods, we think you deserve the best. We invite you to stop in and taste the difference.
From an early age I watched my grandmother and mother make pies and cakes. Just like many American families, we had one of those old wooden ice cream makers, too. Once I was old enough I too began to bake, always from scratch. I had a love for ice cream, but I was
a bit older when I bought a tiny ice cream maker and began to make wonderful small handcrafted batches.
Over the years, making desserts for family and friends I realized it was what I loved to do. With the encouragement and many compliments from my friends I saw my passion resulted in something special, something rare and wonderful. It was my way of being creative. It was my way of making people happy, which gave me joy.
Gelato is Italy’s version of ice cream. It is crafted from milk, cream and sugar. However, there are several key differences between our gelato and ice cream.
When crafting gelato, we incorporate less air. Gelato only has about 40% air whipped into it as it is being frozen. Ice cream incorporates up to 100%. Therefore, gelato is denser, and has a velvety texture. It also means you get more to eat in your cup!
Gelato is held at a warmer temperature than ice cream, 5 degrees Fahrenheit, versus minus 10 degrees. The result is that your palate isn’t shocked by the freezing cold, and is able to “taste” what you are eating. You won’t get brain freeze here!
